We are committed to promoting Fairtrade and to that end, we keep our prices as low as possible*. To cover the overall cost of running traid-route.co.uk we ask you to become a member before you buy, by contributing an annual subscription, currently set at £12.
(If we fail to despatch your entire first order within 4 weeks, you can, if you wish, ask for your membership to be cancelled and your subscription to be refunded.)
Please note:
- We do not hold any items in stock: When you place an order with us we obtain stock specially to meet your order. Because of this, we are unwilling to accept a cancellation for any part of your order once we have an item in stock for you as it may not be possible for us to return it to our supplier. So please help us by making sure that the products you order are the right ones for you.
- We will try to supply your order as soon as we can, but this may take several weeks. The shortest possible time between ordering and delivery is about 5 working days, but this is likely to be the exception rather than the rule. We are grateful to our members for their patience.
- At all times, (continued) membership is entirely at our discretion.
- Members do not have voting rights.
